I was having a blast on SL thanks to Saki. Living and running the club with Saki was just so much fun1Â But the best part was yet to come…

I was on Skype talking to JAG:

“What are you doing?” he asked.

“Nothing much…” I replied.

“You are on Second Life again? That’s it!! I am joining!!!” he said.

My RL love interest had decided to join Second Life.Â At first I thought he was joking because he had said so many times that he would never ever joined Second Life and many had tried to get him on SL but he just was not into it at all. Until today….

So I took him shopping for a skin, shape and some clothes and the JAG Tremor was born

He moved in to the house too of course and became like my shadow…. but loved it

My girlfriend laughing at me for having a girls’ night out on Second Life…. well she joined Second Life!!!!!Â And she is completely addicted to SL!!!

We had so much fun trying to create her look, looking for her skin and shape and some clothes.Â We also became business partners with the club and IBBC was re-born and it was much more fun to do it with Saki. I was looking after the technicalities of the club and she was looking at the social part of the club.Â Everybody loves Saki Kimono.

On top of having fun on SL, you can also work or own a business.Â The main job you will find on SL are djs, hostess, dancers, Estate managers or you can own a business like a shop, a nightclub or own a sim and sell/rent parcels…

I really wanted to own a shop but I am not a creator and don’t want to be… and as i was looking around I found this club for sale.Â I absolutely loved the place and decide to buy it.Â And with it came the learning… owning a business like in real life is not easy and can be expensive…

So you own a club and you have to hire djs that you have to pay. The djs get paid and also get tips. As a club owner you are hoping to also get tips which never quite make it to cover the cost of the djs.Â You have to make sure the club has other income revenues but mainly clubs do not generate big profits.Â The price of hiring a djs defers and some are very expensive.

It is also lots of work as you have to be there most of the time and if you don’t you can hire a host but then it is an extra expense which you have to make up for and usually host take tips too… so in the end the club rarely get any tips which makes it hard if you don’t have the financial to support the club.

I had just started and was ready to give up.
